Details of the Educational Program

According to information received from the organizers, the CLE program is designed for lawyers, financial directors, auditors, startup founders, and top executives. Participants will be able to earn four hours of educational credits if their participation is approved by the Nevada Continuing Legal Education Committee. Participants will also receive certificates of completion, which can be submitted in states that do not have prior accreditation for CLE or CPE credits.

Topics of Discussion

The program will cover a range of important legal, regulatory, and business topics that impact the Bitcoin industry. Among the key issues to be discussed:

  • The Trump administration’s policy on Bitcoin, including the regulation of stablecoins and market transformation.
  • The legal environment surrounding the use of Bitcoin in the financial schemes of public companies.
