Big Recovery Portal Opens Access for Businesses to Thousands of Ukraine’s Recovery Projects

In 2024, over 1.1 billion US dollars have been attracted from international donors for recovery and development projects in Ukraine, implemented by Ukrainian contractors. These funds are being used for the restoration of infrastructure facilities that were damaged as a result of attacks from the Russian Federation: specifically, medical and social institutions, power plants, residential buildings are being repaired and rebuilt, and new shelters and protective structures are being constructed.

Big Recovery Portal: An Online Platform for Monitoring and Business Participation

The Big Recovery Portal (BRP) is a specialized online platform that consolidates a database of thousands of infrastructure recovery projects, analytical data on public expenditures, and tools for public oversight and monitoring of project implementation. The portal gathers current statistical data as well as tenders available for businesses. The platform is part of the “Cost Control for Recovery” initiative, funded by the European Union, and currently monitors the recovery process of 8,024 facilities across Ukraine.

Thousands of reconstruction facilities are collected on the Big Recovery Portal – an online platform that contains a database of reconstruction projects, analytics of relevant public expenditures, and tools for public project monitoring.

Opportunities for Businesses: Financing and Support for Energy Efficiency Projects

An online catalog called the “Green Platform” is already operational for enterprises, communities, startups, and other organizations, featuring over 100 funding programs aimed at enhancing energy efficiency. Businesses have access to a variety of financial instruments: grants, preferential loans, leasing of energy-saving equipment, as well as capital investments. This creates new prospects for the development of Ukrainian businesses and contributes to the sustainable recovery of the country.
