BGV Group Management Signs Memorandum of Partnership with Construction Companies in Saudi Arabia

BGV Group Management has signed a memorandum of strategic partnership with two construction companies during a meeting of the Joint Ukrainian-Saudi Business Council held in Riyadh. The Ukrainian delegation was represented by private enterprises from key sectors of the economy, which together employ over 150,000 people and account for about 4% of the country’s gross domestic product. The total value of the projects presented in the capital of Saudi Arabia exceeds 1 billion US dollars.

New Opportunities for Ukrainian-Saudi Cooperation

The signing of the memorandum between BGV Group Management and partners from Saudi Arabia opens up prospects for the development of joint investment projects in the construction sector. The document provides for negotiations, the identification of mutually beneficial opportunities, and the development of clear plans for the implementation of potential initiatives. The parties also agreed to create specialized working groups, prepare a roadmap for further cooperation, and organize the next council meeting in an expanded format.

BGV Group Management: Focus on Development and Infrastructure

BGV Group Management is an investment group established in 2015 that develops projects in the mining industry, energy, infrastructure, retail, development, as well as in the fields of education and sports. Since 2022, the company has intensified its activities in the development sector, focusing on the restoration and construction of new residential, commercial, and social infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. In June 2024, a new company, BGV Development, specializing in the implementation of development projects, joined the group.
