According to the Ministry of Finance, in June of this year, the average salary of civil servants in the central government bodies of Ukraine rose to 59.6 thousand hryvnias. Compared to the same period in 2024, this figure increased by 9.2%, as the average salary then was 54 thousand hryvnias.

Leaders in Salary Levels Among Government Agencies
The top five agencies with the highest salaries are:
- National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Communications — the average salary here reaches 100 thousand hryvnias;
- National Agency for Corruption Prevention — 93 thousand hryvnias;
- Antimonopoly Committee — 90 thousand hryvnias;
- Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine — 85.6 thousand hryvnias;
- Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers — 80.2 thousand hryvnias.

Lowest Salaries Among Civil Servants
Among state institutions, the lowest salaries are received by employees of the State Customs Service — an average of 31 thousand hryvnias. A slightly higher salary is earned by employees of the State Agency Play City — 36.4 thousand hryvnias, as well as by staff of the Child Services — 37 thousand hryvnias.
Thus, the salaries of Ukrainian officials continue to rise, although the level of pay varies significantly depending on the agency.
