Lviv is experiencing a significant rise in apartment rental prices. Over the past six months, the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment has increased by 12%, now standing at 19,000 hryvnias per month. For two-bedroom apartments, prices have risen even more sharply — by 33%, reaching 25,000 hryvnias. Three-bedroom apartments have also become 33% more expensive, with an average rental price of 29,000 hryvnias.

District Ranking by One-Bedroom Apartment Rental Prices
The most expensive one-bedroom accommodation in Lviv is offered in the Sykhiv district, where the average rental price is 19,600 hryvnias per month. The second most expensive is in the Shevchenkivskyi district — 18,700 hryvnias. The third place is shared by the Halytskyi and Frankivskyi districts, where the average rental price is 18,000 hryvnias each.

At the same time, the most affordable offers for one-bedroom apartment rentals can be found in the Lychakiv district, where the average price is 15,000 hryvnias per month.

- Halytskyi district: 25,000 hryvnias

Thus, renting housing in Lviv continues to become more expensive, and the price difference in rent between districts can reach up to 4,600 hryvnias for one-bedroom apartments.
