Scheme to Conceal the Origin of the Goods
The investigation established that the synthetic rubber was manufactured at facilities of an Iranian company, whose office is located in Moscow. To conceal the true origin of the goods, Turkey was indicated in the documents instead of Iran. The import was carried out using the details of Ukrainian enterprises and a foreign company from the Czech Republic.
