Characteristics of the Hotel Complex
The ‘Tourist’ hotel is located in a prestigious area of Lviv and has significant potential for development as a successful business entity. The complex includes a nine-story hotel with a total area of 4851.8 square meters, a separate restaurant building with an area of 1552 square meters, a parking lot, and a land plot of 0.67 hectares.
Valuation of the Property
According to the results of an independent expert assessment, the market value of this hotel complex exceeds 206 million hryvnias (excluding VAT).
‘Tourist’ is a business hotel in a prestigious area of the city with great development potential.
