Anthropic has completed a Series G funding round, raising $30 billion in investments. As a result of the deal, Anthropic’s market valuation has increased to $380 billion. The round was organized by investment funds GIC and Coatue, with participation from D. E. Shaw Ventures, Dragoneer, Founders Fund, ICONIQ, MGX, and other major global players.

The majority of the investment will be directed towards research development, infrastructure improvement, and the expansion of the corporate solutions line based on the AI model Claude. Over the past year, Anthropic’s annual revenue reached $14 billion due to the growing demand for AI services among business clients of various sizes. The number of companies spending over $1 million annually on Anthropic products has already exceeded 500. At the same time, the number of clients with annual expenditures over $100,000 has increased sevenfold. Among Claude users are eight companies from the Fortune 10 list.
“The demand from businesses for artificial intelligence tools continues to grow, and Claude is becoming the primary technological platform for both startups and the largest corporations,” emphasized Anthropic’s Chief Financial Officer Krishna Rao.

One of the key drivers of Anthropic’s growth is the Claude Code initiative, which has generated over $2.5 billion in annual revenue and more than doubled this figure since the beginning of 2026. The number of weekly active users has significantly increased, and corporate subscription volumes have quadrupled. According to the company, about 4% of public commits on GitHub are made using Claude Code.
