From May 12 to July 30, 2025, Ukrainians will be able to reach Transcarpathia more easily – an additional train will run from Kyiv to Uzhhorod. The ticket price for a sleeper car is 287 UAH, and for a compartment car, it is 450.80 UAH.
This is reported by Finway
The national railway operator “Ukrzaliznytsia” announced that the additional train has been introduced in response to the increase in passenger traffic and during the construction of the European railway between Chop and Uzhhorod.
“In the past two weeks, the number of requests in the app for trips to Transcarpathia averaged about 3000 per day, so to meet passenger demand for spring trips, ‘Ukrzaliznytsia’ is appointing an additional train,” the company explained.
