Activation of Hostilities in Key Directions
The highest number of attacks occurred in the Pokrovsk direction, where Russia has concentrated about 106,000 servicemen. Here, 30 attempts to break through the Ukrainian defense were recorded in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Bilytske, Muravka, Zatyshok, Ivanivka, Dorožne, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, and towards Serhiivka. As of the evening, two clashes are still ongoing in this sector.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 enemy assaults near Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Rusynyi Yar, Novopavlivka, and Sofiivka. One of the battles in this area is still not concluded.
The situation remains tense in other sections of the front. In the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, seven combat encounters were recorded, while in the South-Slobozhansky direction, Russian troops attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 12 times.
Other Fronts and Command Assessment
Russian units also conducted offensive actions in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Sloviansk, and Kramatorsk directions. In the Oleksandrivka direction, the Russians attempted to improve their positions three times in the areas of Oleksandrhrad and Voronoe.
It was also intense in the Huliaipole direction, where Ukrainian forces repelled 13 attacks near Dobropillia, Zlahoda, Zaliznychnyi, Bahatyi, and towards Staroukrainka and Charivne. In the Dnipro direction, the defense forces stopped three assaults in the area of the Antonivskyi Bridge. At the same time, no offensive actions by the enemy were recorded in the Orikhiv direction throughout the day.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, noted that the enemy has intensified offensive actions along almost the entire front line, with the greatest pressure observed specifically in the Pokrovsk direction. At the same time, Ukrainian forces continue to carry out combat tasks, including maintaining a presence in the Kursk region of Russia.
