Ukrenergo urges Ukrainians to maximize electricity use during the daytime, particularly from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, when the load on the grid is at its lowest. Conversely, in the evening hours—from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM—it is advisable to limit the use of high-power electrical appliances to avoid overloading the grid.
