Russia targets Ukraine’s missile industry
According to information published on the President’s Telegram channel, enterprises demonstrating significant progress in creating modern missile systems are under threat. It is noted that Russian forces are preparing for attacks in three directions: military means, political measures, and information warfare. Special attention is paid to companies involved in the development of ballistic missiles and missile defense.
“Russia sees this as a strategic threat to itself – Ukraine’s ability to produce its own ballistic system and localize the production of anti-ballistic defense,” the head of state stated.
Zelensky emphasized that the Russians plan to strike in two key areas: attempts to create a Ukrainian ballistic missile and the development of their own missile shield. According to the president, these areas of development in Ukraine’s missile industry are viewed by the Kremlin as the main threat to Russia.
