In seven regions of Ukraine, users of the Diia portal will temporarily be unable to access a number of DRACS services. This is due to the ongoing reorganization within the structure of the state registration offices for civil status acts.

The changes affect residents of Ivano-Frankivsk, Volyn, Transcarpathian, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, and Chernivtsi regions. For residents of these areas, DRACS services on the Diia portal will be temporarily unavailable.

If you have submitted an application for one of these services and have already made a payment, it is important to check whether the application has been signed and sent. You need to do this by the end of the current day so that the DRACS office can process it. If you miss this deadline, after the services are restored, you will need to submit a new application or contact the relevant DRACS office with your receipt to obtain the service.
