JSC “Ukrposhta” has increased a number of tariffs for sending packages within Ukraine starting April 1, 2026. According to the new terms, the cost of shipping has risen by 5–10 hryvnias depending on the format of the shipment.

Reasons for the Tariff Increase and Features of the Changes
The company explains the adjustment of tariffs by the rise in operational costs, particularly for fuel, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring the continuous operation of the network amid regular blackouts. Additional financial pressure arises from the consequences of hostile shelling, which necessitates the restoration of vehicles and postal offices.
The increase does not apply to all categories of shipments: for the smallest packages, the change is 5 hryvnias, while some priority tariffs remain unchanged. A more significant increase has affected categories where current tariffs were significantly lagging behind the actual cost of delivery, as well as large packages.
Current Offers and Innovations for Customers
For those for whom delivery times are not critical, “Ukrposhta” retains the “Basic” tariff, which allows for substantial cost optimization for shipping. Customers can also save money by arranging shipments online. At the same time, the company is actively implementing digital services, expanding the possibilities for conducting operations via the internet.
“We have consciously restrained tariffs on packages since 2024 to keep delivery as accessible as possible for Ukrainians. Ukrposhta will continue to offer one of the most affordable options on the market: for certain shipment formats, our tariffs will remain more than 30% lower than those of competitors. However, the rising cost of services forces us to adjust tariffs: today, fuel costs alone amount to about 40 million hryvnias per month. We are doing this as cautiously as possible to ensure the stable operation of the network across the country and to keep delivery affordable for people and businesses,” commented the CEO of JSC “Ukrposhta,” Ihor Smiliansky.
In addition to the changes in tariffs, “Ukrposhta,” in collaboration with the Ukrainian IT company IT-Enterprise, continues to scale up a joint project for implementing artificial intelligence to process primary documents. In the first months of 2026, the AI agent has already processed over 26,000 documents, indicating the active development of digital technologies in the company’s operations.
