Due to the massive attacks from Russia and unfavorable weather conditions, several passenger trains of “Ukrzaliznytsia” are currently running with delays. The train service №749/759 from Kyiv to Vienna has deviated the most from its schedule, with a delay of 3 hours.

Situation with Train Delays
According to the railway carrier, the average delay time for trains is about one hour. However, some routes are experiencing significantly longer delays. Among them:
- Train №178 Ivano-Frankivsk – Kyiv — a delay of 2 hours and 30 minutes;
- Train №771 Kyiv – Khmelnytskyi — a delay of 3 hours;
- Train №6 Yasinia – Zaporizhzhia — a delay of 1 hour.
Carrier Actions and Passenger Information
“Ukrzaliznytsia” is organizing additional conveniences for passengers waiting at transfer stations. In particular, the company is focusing on creating comfortable waiting conditions at the Holms station and improving the information system at stations where online displays are temporarily not operational.
“We are starting another busy day. Our plan includes organizing comfortable waiting conditions at the transfer station Holms, as well as improving passenger information at stations where online displays are not functioning,” said representatives of UZ.
The carrier notes that the delay time for trains may change depending on weather conditions and possible route adjustments.
