Details of Funding and Allocation of Funds
The industrial park ‘VinIndustry’ will receive 40.3 million hryvnias from the state for the capital repair of the road leading to its territory. At the same time, the ‘Ternopil’ park is allocated 40.7 million hryvnias for the construction of electrical networks that will ensure the power supply to the industrial site.
Program for the Development of Industrial Parks
Since the beginning of 2025, state support has already been provided to five industrial parks, allowing the implementation of seven projects with a total funding of 344.5 million hryvnias. The state incentive program aims to develop the engineering and transport infrastructure of industrial parks, including the construction of roads, electrical networks, water supply, sewage, gas supply, and the implementation of other technical solutions for launching new production capacities.
The state can cover up to 50% of the cost of creating engineering and transport infrastructure and connecting to electrical networks (up to ₴150 million for one industrial park). For de-occupied territories, a special co-financing mechanism is in place, and the state’s contribution can increase to 80%.
With this approach, the government aims to accelerate industrial development in the regions, enhance investment attractiveness, and create new jobs.
