The number of enterprises in the Defence City industrial park has grown to 31. With the addition of new weapon manufacturers, the total qualified revenue of residents from the sale of defense products has reached 89.7 billion hryvnias.

Practical state support tools for residents
Residents of Defence City receive a range of benefits aimed at stimulating their development and scaling production. The state offers special conditions, including exemption from profit tax provided that reinvestment is made in production facilities and technologies, simplified customs administration for the import of necessary components and equipment, as well as exemption from land and environmental taxes to reduce operational costs.
Moreover, defense product manufacturers have the opportunity to benefit from currency liberalization, which facilitates the attraction of international investments. Significant attention is paid to the protection of confidential information about enterprises: access to registry information is restricted, and the disclosure of sensitive data is minimized to ensure production security. Residents also have access to service and consulting support through the Ministry of Defense, which includes assistance with the application of the regime, interaction with state structures, and the implementation of support mechanisms.

Opportunities for scaling and protecting personnel
The state provides additional tools for the relocation and increased security of production facilities, as well as implements a simplified procedure for exporting defense products. Manufacturers can export military goods without the need to obtain separate export rights. The status of a Defence City resident allows the enterprise to be designated as critical in the defense-industrial complex, enabling it to reserve up to 100% of conscripted employees according to the current regulations.
Thanks to the implemented state initiatives, Defence City is transforming into a powerful center for the development of domestic defense production and stimulating the growth of the export potential of Ukrainian enterprises.
