Grants for Startups and Innovative Opportunities
This program plans to launch grant support for teams and startups working in the field of defense technologies. Funding will be directed towards goals such as validating innovations, creating prototypes, conducting market research, protecting intellectual property, as well as entering EU markets and conducting pilot demonstrations. Additionally, funds will be allocated for the establishment of Exporoom – a special showroom for showcasing Ukrainian defense developments.
International Partnership with TNO
The Brave1 cluster has signed its first international R&D partnership agreement with one of the leading research organizations in the Netherlands – TNO. The parties will focus on areas of collaboration such as integrating Ukrainian defense tech startups into the Dutch innovation environment, testing Dutch technological solutions in Ukraine under combat and field conditions, and systematically accounting for the needs of Ukrainian defense technologies in future R&D projects in the Netherlands.
“Among the key components of the new initiative is the launch of a grant program for Ukrainian teams and startups to support innovation. The funding covers technology validation, prototype creation, market research, intellectual property protection, entry into EU markets, and pilot demonstrations.”
Thanks to these steps, Ukraine is gaining new opportunities for the development of its own defense industry and entry into the international market for innovative technologies.
