The Diia App Will Temporarily Suspend the eRecovery Service Due to Registry Updates

The “Diia” service will temporarily make the eRecovery service unavailable. This applies to both the mobile app and the portal. The reason for the temporary suspension is the modernization of the functionality of the Registry of Damaged and Destroyed Property.

Functionality Updates and Implementation of New Services

The platform developers explained that the eRecovery service will not be operational from 8:00 AM on July 5 to 6:00 PM on July 6. During this time, additional services will be implemented in the registry to enhance user convenience.

“The eRecovery service in the app and on the portal will not be operational from 8:00 AM on July 5 to 6:00 PM on July 6,” they emphasized.

Capabilities of the eRecovery Program and Interaction with eHousing

The eRecovery program is designed to support Ukrainians who have lost their homes due to the war. Thanks to this initiative, citizens can receive certificates for compensation for the value of destroyed property. The amount of the certificate is determined based on the assessment of the damages incurred and allows the funds to be used for purchasing new housing.

Certificate holders of eRecovery can direct them towards covering the down payment for a mortgage within the eHousing program. The remaining amount can be arranged as a loan on favorable terms. The interest rate is set depending on the borrower’s privileged category and can be 3% or 7%, making the program attractive for many citizens.

All stages of application processing and payment monitoring can be conducted through the “Diia” app. Thanks to digital technologies, citizens have the opportunity to obtain a housing certificate, submit mortgage documents, and monitor their financial transactions online. This approach simplifies processes, minimizes bureaucracy, and allows for prompt decision-making regarding housing recovery.
