The Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (FGVFO) has announced its intention to sell the assets of ten banks that are in the process of liquidation. Large state financial institutions such as PrivatBank and Oschadbank are not included in the list, as their sale is not planned.

Which banks and assets are for sale
According to the FGVFO announcement, during the current working week, from July 28 to August 1, the assets of the following banks are planned to be sold in the Prozorro.Sales system:
- Kominvestbank
- Megabank
- Prominvestbank
- Ukrbudinvestbank
- Concord Bank
- MR Bank
- KSG Bank
- Bank Sich
- iBox Bank
- Forward Bank
“This week (July 28 – August 1), the sale of assets from 10 banks being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund is scheduled in the Prozorro.Sales system. The starting price for all lots is 207.4 million UAH,” the announcement states.
The total starting value of all lots is 207.4 million UAH. Of this amount, 121.5 million UAH is allocated for real estate, land plots, vehicles, and other fixed assets. Additionally, the claims for loans are valued at 80.5 million UAH, and accounts receivable at 5.4 million UAH.
Payments to depositors of Concord Bank are being terminated
Separately, the FGVFO reported that it is completing the payment of guaranteed amounts to depositors of the Public Joint Stock Company “Concord Bank,” which is in the process of liquidation. In accordance with current legislation, the liquidation balance of the bank has already been prepared, and the report on the completion of the liquidation procedure has been drafted.
Depositors of Concord Bank are given 30 days from July 1 to receive their funds. After this period, the liquidation balance will be finally approved, and the payment of guaranteed amounts will cease.
