Ukrainians now have the opportunity to issue an electronic Taxpayer Card (RNOKPP) directly through the “Diia” app. This service is now available for both adult citizens and children, completely eliminating the need for paper documents. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.

Features of the electronic card and its advantages
The electronic version of the Taxpayer Card, equipped with a QR code, has the same legal force as the paper document. This innovation allows Ukrainians aged 14 and older to independently order an electronic card without visiting the tax office. Parents can also issue an RNOKPP and an electronic card for their child up to 17 years old in digital format — the ready document will automatically appear in the parents’ app.
Importantly, this opportunity is available even for children who are temporarily abroad due to the war. The e-Consul system is used for this purpose.

Step-by-step instructions for issuing RNOKPP in Diia for children and adults
To obtain a tax number for a child in the “Diia” app, you need to follow these steps:
- Open the “Diia” app.
- Go to the “Tax Services” section.
- Select the “Tax Number for a Child” option.
- Enter or confirm contact details.
- Check the application and sign it using “Diia.Signature”.
To issue an electronic Taxpayer Card for yourself or your child, you should:
- Open the “Diia” app.
- Go to the “Tax Services” section.
- Select “E-Taxpayer Card for Yourself or Your Child”.
- Enter or confirm your contact details.
- Check the application and sign it with “Diia.Signature”.
According to Yulia Svyrydenko, over 24 million Ukrainians are already using the “Diia” app, indicating the high popularity of digital services in Ukraine.
