Key Projects for Regional Recovery
Among the priority initiatives that will receive funding is the construction of a new plant in Kremenchuk (Poltava region). The facility will specialize in the production of fasteners for transitioning to European gauge tracks, as well as contact wires, which will expand the electrification of railway lines and enhance the efficiency of the transport system.
In Vinnytsia and Sumy regions, the construction of modular homes for internally displaced persons is planned. Such solutions will allow for the rapid provision of housing for those who have lost their homes due to hostilities. Additionally, in Kharkiv and other frontline regions, windows in damaged houses will be replaced to restore safety and comfort for residents.
