The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a new procedure for implementing the “Grants for Processing Enterprises” program, expanding its capabilities to support businesses affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Now, such enterprises can receive up to 16 million UAH for the purchase, delivery, and installation of new equipment to restore damaged production capacities.

Conditions for Grant Acquisition and Co-Financing Features
The program stipulates that the grant is provided on a co-financing basis at a ratio of 20/80. This means that to receive the maximum grant amount of 16 million UAH, the enterprise must make its own contribution of 4 million UAH. With these funds, companies will be able not only to restore production but also to create additional jobs, launch new production lines, and ensure sustainable development in the industry.
“The introduced changes will allow enterprises to restore lost capacities, create new jobs, launch additional production lines, and ensure stable development.”
Additional Opportunities for Agricultural Enterprises and Innovations
In addition, other important updates have been made to the program. Enterprises that grow perennial crops and are registered in the State Agricultural Register can now apply for grants to purchase equipment necessary for post-harvest processing of agricultural products. It has also become possible to direct grant funds towards the acquisition of intangible assets, such as conducting research to launch new products into mass production.
Thanks to these innovations, processing enterprises have the opportunity to recover their operations more quickly after the attacks by the Russian Federation, enhance their competitiveness, and contribute to the country’s economic growth.
