Official Exchange Rates for July 11: Hryvnia Weakens Against Dollar and Euro

The National Bank of Ukraine has published the official exchange rates for foreign currencies for Friday, July 11. According to the new figures, the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the dollar is set at 41.82 UAH per dollar, which is 5 kopecks higher than the previous rate. This indicates a further weakening of the national currency.

Dynamics of the Hryvnia Against Major Currencies

According to the regulator’s data, the hryvnia has also weakened against the euro. The official exchange rate of the European currency is set at 48.98 UAH per euro, which is 14 kopecks more than the day before.

Situation on the Interbank Market

On the interbank currency market of Ukraine, by 16:00, the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the dollar ranged from 41.85 to 41.88 UAH per dollar. The euro exchange rate at the same time fluctuated between 49.02 and 49.04 UAH per euro.

Thus, both in the cash and interbank markets, the hryvnia shows a tendency to weaken against leading world currencies.
