The US dollar has significantly depreciated after two days of growth. According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the official exchange rate of the American currency has been reduced, as confirmed by updated information on the regulator’s website.

“The official exchange rate as of June 5 is set at 41.4829 hryvnias per 1 dollar (-0.1556 hryvnias),” the message states.
Dynamics of Euro and Dollar Exchange Rates in the Market
Alongside the dollar, the euro is also showing a decrease in its exchange rate. The official exchange rate of the European currency currently stands at 47.2 hryvnias per 1 euro, which is 0.2250 hryvnias lower compared to the previous day.
In the cash currency market, the dollar exchange rate has decreased by 10 kopecks and now stands at 41.7 hryvnias. On the interbank market, the dollar is trading in the range of 41.50-41.53 hryvnias per dollar for buying and selling operations, which is 6 kopecks lower compared to the closing of the previous trading session.
Current Exchange Rates in Banks
In exchange offices, the euro can be purchased at a rate of 47.3 hryvnias, while the selling price is 47.8 hryvnias. The current situation in the currency market reflects trends towards the strengthening of the national currency.
