The National Bank of Ukraine has announced an increase in the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia. As of May 19, the official dollar rate is set at 41.4983 UAH per 1 dollar, which is an increase of 0.0274 UAH.

The euro rate on the same day is 46.449 UAH per 1 euro, which also recorded an increase of 0.0659 UAH. In the interbank market today, the dollar rate has risen by 5 kopecks, fluctuating between 41.52-41.56 UAH per dollar (buying-selling) compared to the previous day’s closing.
In the cash market, the dollar rate has fallen by 5 kopecks, reaching 41.70 UAH. Experts believe that the National Bank will keep the dollar below 41.8 UAH per unit in the coming week against a backdrop of low demand for currency.
