New Catalog: Structure and Opportunities
The catalog includes comprehensive information about industrial parks registered in the state registry. Each park contains details about the profile of activities, available infrastructure, tax incentives and additional benefits, geographical location, area size, and contact information for managing companies. This approach allows users to quickly find the necessary information for making business decisions.
According to the ministry’s estimates, each hectare of an industrial park provides about 50 jobs. Additionally, state investments in the development of these parks contribute to attracting private funds: for every dollar of state funding, there is an average of 6 dollars in investments from the private sector.
“In two years, 22 industrial parks have received 1.8 billion for co-financing engineering and transport infrastructure – real solutions for the real needs of the manufacturing business, which are already changing the map of Ukrainian production. The updated catalog is our way of making this choice even easier: so that the answer to the question ‘where and how to launch production?’ can be found in just a few minutes,” said Vitaliy Kindraty, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.
Support for the ‘Made in Ukraine’ Program
Industrial parks remain an important component of state policy aimed at stimulating production and attracting investments within the ‘Made in Ukraine’ program. In 2026, applications for state incentives for industrial parks are still being accepted. Entrepreneurs can submit applications until August 15 through partner banks: JSC “Oschadbank,” JSC “Ukreximbank,” JSC “Ukrgasbank,” and JSC “Sens Bank.”
