In total, the Ukrainian delegation will consist of eleven high-ranking officials.

Discussion of Key Reconstruction Areas

During the conference, participants will focus on issues related to energy development, infrastructure, healthcare systems, education, as well as support for veterans and the implementation of reforms necessary for Ukraine’s European integration. An important part of the event will be engaging international businesses and investors, as the successful recovery of the state requires synergy between the public and private sectors.

“I have arrived in Rome – a city where, for the next three days, the world will focus not on destruction but on the reconstruction of Ukraine. At the 2025 Ukraine Recovery Conference, key leaders, including Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, President Volodymyr Zelensky, President of the European Council António Costa, President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola, and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, will come together with a number of other global partners to ensure real commitments to the recovery of Ukraine,” wrote Maternova on Facebook.

The conference will not only feature state officials but also representatives of civil society, local communities, and journalists from Ukraine. The event is expected to provide new momentum for international support for the rapid recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine, which has been affected by Russia’s full-scale aggression.
