Largest Retailers in Ukraine: Who Leads in Revenue in the First Half of 2025

In the first half of 2025, the total revenue of 21 leading retailers in Ukraine reached ₴423.2 billion. Among the industry leaders, both traditional players and companies actively expanding their market presence showed growth.

ATB and Fozzy Group Maintain Market Leadership

ATB remains the undisputed leader among retailers, achieving a revenue of ₴117.2 billion in the first half of 2025. During this period, the company opened 44 new stores, strengthening its positions across all regions of the country.

In second place is Fozzy Group with a result of ₴80.7 billion. Over the six months, the company opened nearly 50 retail outlets, continuing to hold a significant share of the retail market.

Dynamic Growth of Other Market Participants

The third position is held by “Epicenter” with a revenue of ₴38.9 billion, continuing its active network expansion. The company “Aurora” demonstrated significant growth, increasing its revenue by 30% to ₴21.7 billion. Additionally, the number of its retail outlets reached 145.

Rozetka, the largest online retailer in the country, also strengthened its positions, increasing the number of stores by 33 and achieving a revenue of ₴21.2 billion.

The top 10 retailers in Ukraine also include Novus (₴16.3 billion, +3 new Novus supermarkets and 25 “Mi Markets”), Comfy (₴15.8 billion), “Metro Ukraine” (₴15.5 billion), Eva (₴14.8 billion, 29 new stores), and Retail Group (₴11.9 billion). The latter announced plans to open four hypermarkets and six convenience stores in the coming years.

Thus, the leading retailers in Ukraine continue to strengthen their positions by investing in network expansion and implementing new formats to meet the growing consumer demand in various regions of the country.
