Conditions for Receiving Additional Assistance
Internally displaced persons who are registered in the appropriate status after relocation and have continued to work officially or earn income as individual entrepreneurs throughout the entire six-month period will be eligible for this additional state payment. The payment is also available for those who have secured employment or registered as individual entrepreneurs and worked until the end of this period.
“This financial support is aimed at stimulating the employment of IDPs,” emphasized the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.
Amount and Procedure for Receiving the Payment
The financial assistance will be granted as a one-time payment equal to the monthly state living allowance for an adult IDP — which is 2000 hryvnias. This payment can be processed through the mobile application “Diia.”
Those internally displaced persons who have registered for state living assistance for a period of six months after forced relocation are entitled to receive this aid. After this period, regular payments will only continue for the most vulnerable categories of the population.
