Procedure for Paying Fines and Updating Data

Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko explained that even after paying the fine in digital format, citizens must fulfill their obligation to update their data in the system.

“In any case, the necessity to update one’s data after changes remains with the citizen. According to current legislation, for example, if you change your phone number, you must update it, and this is now available in ‘Reserve+’,” said Chernohorenko.

She also emphasized that there are citizens who have not managed to update their information according to the law’s requirements, but now a convenient opportunity has been created for them to fulfill this obligation without visiting the territorial recruitment center. At the same time, the obligation to pay the fine remains in effect even after payment.

Payment Benefits and New Opportunities

Starting from July 11, ‘Reserve+’ has introduced an option for online payment of fines for military conscripts who have delayed updating their personal data. Additionally, a 50% discount is offered for online fine payments, making the process not only quicker but also more economical.

Thanks to the implementation of these changes, citizens can promptly fulfill their obligations with just a few clicks, avoiding the need for personal visits to government institutions. However, it is important to remember: paying the fine does not exempt one from the necessity to update data in the ‘Reserve+’ system.
