Hotel Market in Ukraine: Regions That Surpassed Pre-War Indicators

According to the analytics service for the hotel business HotelMatrix, the first quarter of 2025 is witnessing a record increase in the average daily rate (ADR) in Ukrainian hotels located in key tourist regions.

In Kyiv, hotel prices continue to rise due to high demand for international and business events. In the first three months of the year, the cost of rooms increased: in January it reached ₴2,552 (+14%), in February it was ₴2,590 (+17%), and in March it rose again to ₴2,548 (+15%).

Price Increases in Lviv and Odesa

Lviv is also showing a trend of increasing average hotel service rates, which are 11% higher than in the same period of 2024. Meanwhile, hotels in Odesa are demonstrating an even higher rate of price growth, fluctuating between 21-24%.

Record Growth in Ivano-Frankivsk Region

As for the Ivano-Frankivsk region, there is an incredible surge in hotel prices in Bukovel. In January, the price rose to ₴9,720 (+30%), in February to ₴7,774 (+69%), and in March it increased again to ₴5,458 (+29%).
