Income Leaders in 2025
In August 2025, the highest median salaries in Ukraine were recorded among facade workers and plasterers — these specialists earned 55,000 hryvnias per month. Truck drivers, bricklayers, and fitters earned slightly less, with average incomes of 50,000 hryvnias.
The incomes of tilers, site managers, painters, realtors, auto painters, and other construction workers remain in the range of 42,000 to 46,000 hryvnias. Thus, in 2025, professions related to construction and transportation remain the highest paid in the country.
