Google introduced new artificial intelligence solutions during the Google Cloud Next 25 event held in Las Vegas. Key figures from the company, including CEO Sundar Pichai and Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian, spoke at the event.

Key Innovations at the Event
Among the main announcements:
- Updated AI Hypercomputer Infrastructure and Ironwood TPU — the seventh generation of chips that deliver a tenfold increase in performance. Gemini models are now available locally through Google Distributed Cloud in collaboration with NVIDIA and Dell.
- Vertex AI: new tools for content generation. The Veo 2 model has received enhanced editing and camera control features, while Chirp 3 can generate custom voices in 10 seconds. Imagen 3 has improved image quality and editing, with added copyright protection and SynthID watermarks.
- AI Agents for Business: companies like Lowe’s, Wendy’s, and Wayfair have automated data analysis, security, and customer support. The Google Agentspace platform has been updated with a new no-code tool called Agent Assembler.
- Agent2Agent Protocol: an open standard for interaction between agents from different developers, along with the introduction of the Agent Development Kit and Agent Garden.
- Cloud WAN: expanded access to Google’s cloud network for businesses and governments in 42 regions.
- Google Unified Security: an AI-based security platform that includes agents for threat analysis, malware detection, and automated investigations, all powered by Gemini AI.
Looking to the Future
It is worth noting that in March 2025, Google released a new family of AI models, Gemini 2.5, designed for more accurate data analysis before providing responses.
“We strive to drive innovation in every aspect of business with our new AI infrastructure,” said Google CEO Sundar Pichai.
