Auction details for the loan portfolio
According to the Fund, among all the loans planned for sale, 15,517 loans are unsecured. These primarily consist of credit card loans and loans taken for consumer purposes. Additionally, 32 auto loans are included in the sale.
“The total debt under the agreements as of May 1, 2025, amounted to nearly 504 million UAH. Despite the fact that the vast majority of loans are unsecured, repayments totaled 11.3 million UAH in 2024 and 4 million UAH in 2025,” the statement said.
The sale will take place in the format of an open auction scheduled for June 30, 2025. The starting price of the lot is set at 505.4 million UAH.
Participation in the auction is open to both individuals and legal entities, except for debtors under these agreements, citizens of the Russian Federation, and individuals associated with the aggressor state. Participation is also prohibited for individuals and legal entities subject to personal special economic or other restrictive measures.
Oschadbank extends the validity of its cards
At the same time, the state-owned Oschadbank has decided to automatically extend the validity of all its payment cards, including those that were about to expire. All cards will now remain active at least until December 31, 2025.
This decision applies to cards whose validity expired between February 2022 and March 2025. To maintain the card’s validity, clients must conduct at least one transaction during January–February 2025: at a branch, ATM, payment terminal, or for other payments. Even unsuccessful attempts to carry out transactions will be taken into account.
It is emphasized that the extension will not occur for cards with a zero balance if there have been no transactions on them in the last six months. Both of these conditions must be met simultaneously for the automatic extension of the card’s validity.
