Enterprises of the defense industry and companies that are critical to the Armed Forces of Ukraine can now significantly expedite the extension of military reservation for their employees. Thanks to the implemented changes on the Diia portal, the procedure after updating military registration data takes no more than 24 hours.

Innovations in the Reservation Procedure
Previously, for employees with discrepancies in military registration, reservation was granted only for 45 days to resolve their status. However, with the launch of the updated service, enterprises can immediately submit an application for the extension of a specialist’s reservation after correcting the data, without waiting for the cancellation of the previous status. This allows for the continuous operation of teams that ensure the country’s defense and avoids excessive bureaucracy.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Employers
To use the updated service, the employer needs to:
- Verify the information about the legal entity on the portal.
- In the “Category of Employees” section, select the item “Employees with Military Registration Violations.”
- Indicate the appropriate category after extending the reservation if there are several at the enterprise.
- Enter the current data of the employee.
- Review the generated application and sign it with a qualified electronic signature (QES).
If the application for the extension of the reservation is submitted by an authorized person, it is additionally required that their signature be confirmed by the head of the enterprise or the signatory indicated in the Unified State Register.
The update of the service will help reduce the bureaucratic burden on critically important enterprises and increase the efficiency of personnel reservation.
