Export of IT Services from Ukraine Decreased for the Second Consecutive Month in June 2025

In June 2025, the volume of IT services exported from Ukraine decreased by 3.5% compared to May, amounting to $526 million. At the same time, this figure exceeds the volumes of June 2024 by 2.7%. Since the beginning of the year, the total revenue from the export of technological services reached $3.2 billion, which is 0.1% higher compared to the same period last year.

Leading Markets and Export Structure

Computer services remain key in the export structure, accounting for 42.1% of all export services from Ukraine in the first six months of 2025. The main markets for Ukrainian IT companies traditionally include the USA, the UK, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, Switzerland, Germany, Estonia, Poland, and the UAE. The total revenue from these countries in the first half of the year amounted to $2.57 billion, which corresponds to 80.1% of the total export volume.

Growth and Decline Dynamics by Country

The largest increase in the volume of IT services exported was recorded for Finland – by 49.8% ($4.4 million), Latvia – by 44.3% ($2.1 million), and Luxembourg – by 35.4% ($1.9 million). At the same time, the largest decline in exports was observed for Austria – by 44% ($10 million), Georgia – by 29.9% ($1.5 million), and Sweden – by 18.9% ($6.5 million).

The share of computer services in the structure of all services exported from Ukraine for the first six months of the year was 42.1%.
