According to information from banking institutions, the average exchange rate in financial establishments and exchange offices as of May 19 is:
- Banking Market (buying – selling):
- US dollar: 43.86 – 44.38 UAH
- euro: 51.10 – 51.80 UAH
- Exchange Offices (buying – selling):
- US dollar: 43.90 – 43.98 UAH
- euro: 51.50 – 51.67 UAH
Regarding card transactions, banks offer the following rates:
- PrivatBank: 43.95 – 44.44 UAH/$; 51.15 – 51.81 UAH/EUR
- monobank: 43.96 – 44.43 UAH/$; 51.20 – 51.80 UAH/EUR
It is reported that in the draft state budget for 2026, the government is setting the projected average annual exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar at 45.6 UAH/$.
