Details of the ship’s damage and its characteristics

The Russian patrol ship of the ‘Svetlyak’ type is designed for monitoring and protecting ports and vessels, as well as for establishing a tactical line of air and anti-submarine defense. The length of the vessel is 49.5 meters. Its armament includes 16 sets of MANPADS ‘Igla’, an AK-176 artillery mount, 14.5 mm caliber machine gun mounts, and six-barreled anti-aircraft guns. The crew consists of 28 servicemen, the ship’s autonomy is up to 10 days, and its range is 2200 nautical miles.

Other strikes in the occupied territories

According to Robert Brovdi, Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces also struck the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system in Strilkove, Kherson region, the RSBN-4N short-range navigation radar system in Saky (Crimea), as well as locomotives in Vladyslavivka and Rozdolne (Crimea). Additionally, strikes were carried out on transformers in Bulavynske and Vuhledar in Donetsk region, as well as on fuel tanks in Makiivka.

“The Defense Forces of Ukraine are systematically implementing measures aimed at reducing the combat potential of Russian occupation forces, as well as forcing the Russian Federation to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine.”

The official Russian authorities have not confirmed the damage to the mentioned facilities. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, various facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation and occupied Ukrainian territories have been subjected to regular airstrikes, which are often confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
