As part of the third phase of Ukraine’s restoration program, the Ministry of Development has announced the approval of 130 projects with a total value of ₴4.5 billion. Among the key initiatives:

- Energy Resilience of Communities: 36 projects worth ₴1.1 billion.
- Modernization of Water Supply and Sewage Infrastructure: 68 projects worth ₴2 billion.
- Reconstruction of Medical Facilities: 21 projects worth ₴1.1 billion.
- Construction of Housing for Internally Displaced Persons: 5 projects worth ₴300 million.
The implementation of the projects is scheduled for up to 18 months, with the condition that the facilities related to the energy resilience of communities must be completed before the heating season begins in October.
Additionally, work has begun in Rivne on the thermal modernization of two lyceums. This project is being implemented with the financial support of the European Investment Bank.
Lithuania has also allocated over €4.6 million for the installation of solar power plants with energy storage systems in medical facilities in Ukraine. This initiative will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote the development of innovative renewable technologies, and enhance Ukraine’s energy security.
