From February 6 to 22, 2026, the XXV Winter Olympics will take place in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Ukrainian viewers will be able to follow the main sporting event of the winter for free on national television channels and radio.

Olympics Broadcasts on Ukrainian TV Channels

The exclusive rights to broadcast the 2026 Winter Games in Ukraine have been granted to “Suspilne.” Matches, competitions, and ceremonies will be available live on the “Suspilne Sport” channel, as well as on the regional channels of the broadcaster, such as “Suspilne Kyiv,” “Suspilne Odesa,” and other regional broadcasters. Fans from various regions of the country will be able to follow the most exciting events of the Olympics for free.

Radio Broadcasts and Analysis

In addition to television broadcasts, the radio station “Radio Promin” will prepare reviews of the competitions, themed programs, and special podcasts dedicated to the 2026 Winter Olympics. The total broadcast volume will amount to at least 125 hours, with daily information and analytical studios summarizing and discussing the events of the Olympics.

At the XXV Winter Olympics, Ukraine will be represented by 46 athletes competing in 11 sports: biathlon, alpine skiing, Nordic combined, cross-country skiing, luge, skeleton, snowboarding, ski jumping, figure skating, freestyle, and short track.

It is worth noting that during the last two Winter Olympics, the Ukrainian team won medals in freestyle. Oleksandr Abramenko brought our country both gold and silver medals in this discipline.
