The concept places special emphasis on enhancing competitiveness, stimulating innovation, sustainable development, and active integration into European manufacturing chains. The strategy aims not only to restore destroyed production capacities but also to modernize them in accordance with contemporary global standards.

Implementation Timeline and Development Sectors
Among the main tasks is the gradual transition from crisis measures to sustainable economic growth. To achieve this, it is planned to implement effective state policies, update mechanisms for supporting industry, launch partnership platforms between the state and business, and adapt smart specialization strategies in accordance with EU requirements.
The strategy identifies priority sectors for development, such as machine engineering, construction and infrastructure, IT and digital technologies, defense industry, green metallurgy, energy, and agro-processing. The completion of the full strategy development is scheduled for the end of 2025, with its implementation covering the period from 2026 to 2030.
