Cost and Conditions for Obtaining the Trump Gold Card
According to the information released, the application fee for the Trump Gold Card will be 1 million dollars for individuals and 2 million dollars for corporations. The program includes a streamlined document review process conducted by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. After paying a non-refundable registration fee and submitting their documents, candidates will undergo an expedited background check. If approved, they will be issued a card granting them permanent resident status under the EB-1 or EB-2 visa categories, valid in all 50 states.
Purpose and Expected Impact of the Program
In a post on the social network Truth Social, Donald Trump emphasized that the launch of the Trump Gold Card will enhance legal immigration pathways to the U.S. and will also generate billions in revenue, which is planned to be directed towards reducing the tax burden and the national debt.
“For too long, millions of illegal immigrants have flooded our country… it is time for American taxpayers to benefit from our legal immigration system,” he wrote.
The Trump Gold Card is positioned as a tool for attracting capital and stimulating the economy while ensuring control over immigration flows through transparent and understandable mechanisms.
