The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has officially approved the updated composition of the board of the joint-stock company ‘Ukrainian Railways’. This decision concerns key leadership positions in one of the largest transport companies in the country.

The Chairman of the board remains Oleksandr Semenovych Pertzovskyi, who has been with the company since 2020 and has significant experience in the field of railway transportation. In addition to him, the board includes Liudmyla Volodymyrivna Hrytsenko, Mykola Ivanovych Ivanin, Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Nosulko, Roman Romanovych Chernitskyi, and Yevhen Serhiyovych Shramko. These personnel decisions are aimed at ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the enterprise amid growing demand for railway transportation.
