The period for submitting applications for a one-time payment of 1,000 hryvnias, provided under the winter support program, is coming to an end. After this stage, other state assistance programs will remain available to citizens during the winter season.

Millions of Ukrainians Have Already Received Payments
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported that today and tomorrow are the last days to submit applications for the “Winter Support” program. According to her, more than 17.7 million Ukrainians have already applied for this payment, of which 13.7 million citizens, including children, have already received funds.
“Today and tomorrow are the last days to submit applications for the one thousand hryvnias under the Winter Support program. In total, over 17.7 million Ukrainians have applied for the payment. Of these, 13.7 million people, including children, have already received funds,” she noted.
State Support Programs Continue to Operate
In addition, the acceptance of applications for a one-time assistance of 6,500 hryvnias for representatives of vulnerable population categories has been completed. More than 462,000 individuals have submitted relevant requests, and payments have already been made to over 272,000 citizens. The process of transferring funds is ongoing.
The “3000 km Across Ukraine” program continues to operate in test mode, covering railway routes to and from frontline regions. As of now, over 34,700 tickets have been issued through this initiative. The highest demand is noted for the routes Fastiv – Konotop, Zaporizhzhia – Lviv, Odesa – Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv – Shostka, and Kyiv – Sumy.
During the winter period, other state support programs also remain in effect, including targeted assistance for residents of frontline areas and internally displaced persons. Programs aimed at increasing energy independence for private households and homeowners’ associations are also being implemented.
