Affected Regions and Recovery Progress
Energy facilities in Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Kherson, and Donetsk regions were hit. Repair and restoration work is already underway at these facilities to restore electricity supply to consumers as quickly as possible.
“Repair and restoration work is ongoing at the damaged energy infrastructure facilities,” the Ministry of Energy added.
Temporary Electricity Supply Restrictions
Due to the aftermath of the attacks, schedules for hourly power outages will be in effect in most regions of Ukraine until the end of the current day. For industrial enterprises and businesses, power capacity restrictions have been implemented during this period. This means that electricity consumption must not exceed the established limits.
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that up-to-date information about the outage schedules can be found on the official pages of the respective regional energy companies.
