В Україні заблокували Polymarket

The National Commission for the Regulation of Electronic Communications (NCEC) has decided to block access to the Polymarket platform within Ukraine. The corresponding resolution No. 695 was adopted on December 10, 2025, which requires electronic communication providers to restrict access to a number of websites that allow participation in gambling without the proper license.

Polymarket Added to the List of Banned Websites

Polymarket is a popular platform for predicting the outcomes of various events that operated without a gambling license in Ukraine. As a result, its domain polymarket.com was added to the official register of banned web resources.

“The document obliges providers of electronic communication services to restrict access to internet resources that are used for organizing, conducting, or providing access to gambling without the appropriate license.”

Access Situation and International Operations

It is worth noting that as of January 2026, some users in Ukraine still have the ability to visit the Polymarket site, while access has already been blocked for others. This may be related to the gradual implementation of the decision by providers or the use of alternative means of access.

It was previously reported that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) granted Polymarket permission to operate in the American market. Despite this, the company remained illegal in Ukraine in the field of organizing gambling.
