More than 150,000 citizens of Ukraine have already taken the opportunity to apply for participation in the expanded winter support program for socially vulnerable groups of the population.

Conditions for Receiving Assistance
This initiative includes a payment of 6,500 hryvnias. The funds received under the program can be spent within 180 days on the purchase of warm clothing, footwear, medications, and vitamins — that is, on goods and services that will help endure the winter period.
How to Apply
Applications for assistance can be submitted until December 17, 2025. There are two ways to do this: online through the government portal “Diia” or offline — by visiting a branch of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in person.
“Over 150,000 Ukrainians have applied for the expanded winter support program for the most vulnerable categories of citizens,” said Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
