The Ministry of Defense has reported current technical issues affecting the operation of the Reserve+ application and its interaction with the register of military personnel, conscripts, and reservists. Due to these difficulties, users are temporarily unable to update their electronic military accounting documents or send requests to the register, including those regarding referrals for military medical commissions, clarification of personal data, or processing deferments.

Documents Remain Valid
All electronic military documents issued previously remain valid and do not require re-updating or confirmation during the technical limitations. Users are advised to keep an up-to-date pdf file of their electronic document on hand in case of necessity.
Recommendations for Users
To save a pdf version of the electronic military document, users need to tap on the three dots on the main screen of the application and select the “Download PDF” option. This will allow access to the document even when there is no possibility to connect to the register.
“Our team is already working on resolving the situation. Interaction will be restored shortly,” they wrote.
Ministry of Defense specialists assure that all necessary measures for the prompt restoration of stable service operation are already underway.
