Military Bond “Bilohirsk” Available for Purchase in the Diia App

Since April 28, 2026, Ukrainians have had the opportunity to invest in a new issue of military bonds called “Bilohirsk”, which can be purchased directly through the state app “Diia”. Thanks to these securities, citizens not only receive a guaranteed income from the state but also help provide the Defense Forces with the necessary resources.

This is reported by Finway

“Thanks to this financial instrument, citizens can not only receive a guaranteed passive income from the state but also contribute to providing the Defense Forces with critically important resources”.

Main Terms of the New Military Bond

The military bond “Bilohirsk” has the following financial parameters:

  • Cost of one security is 1040 UAH;
  • Yield rate – 15.5% per annum;
  • Payment date – July 21, 2027.

For comparison, at the beginning of March 2026, the military bond “Feodosia” was launched in “Diia” with the same yield, but with a shorter maturity date — March 24, 2027.

How to Purchase the Bond through the Diia App

To invest in the military bond “Bilohirsk”, you need to follow a few simple steps in the “Diia” app. First, open the main screen and go to the “Military Bonds” section. Next, find the “Bilohirsk” bond, choose a financial partner-broker, specify the desired number of securities, sign the agreement, and make the payment. Within three business days, the purchased securities will automatically appear in the app.

All funds raised from the sale of military bonds are directed exclusively to urgent needs: purchasing equipment, ammunition, gear for the military, as well as supporting the rear economy — financing salaries for medical staff, teachers, pensions, and social payments.

According to official statistics, through the “Diia” app, Ukrainians have already purchased over 25.2 million military bonds worth more than 26.1 billion hryvnias. As of spring 2026, the total portfolio of domestic government bonds owned by citizens reached a historical maximum, exceeding 130 billion hryvnias.
